Two hours prior to the opening of the Libertine Ball gates, The Philadelphia Department of Health will set up its mobile testing unit at Shampoo, so guests can get complimentary and confidential STD testing while they await entry into the other worlds! Department of Health staff will operate the testing station from 7PM until 11PM, so bring your date(s) early for free parking and free health screenings!
