OUR QUALITY GUARANTEE

Any product we sell is warrantied against defects for 30 days.
If an item breaks or is compromised due to a manufacturing defect or packaging error, please follow the returns procedure below.

Note: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any non-defective intimate apparel, medical devices and prosthetics or sexuality products.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS:
We know that online fashion purchasing can be a tricky ordeal ...we want to help remove as much guesswork as possible!

Our staff is happy to provide you with accurate measurements and fit information prior to placing your order or to answer specific questions about features of products. If, however, a fashion item just doesn't work you can return it for exchange, credit, or refund - the below conditions apply:

Return requests for clothing and accessories must be made within 14 days, and postmarked no later than 15 days from purchase.

The words CUSTOMER RETURN must be prominently marked on the outside of the package and included with your receipt inside along with the item(s) that were approved for return.

   Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were sent - clean, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged.

   Approved items are eligible for exchange, store credit or refund (minus shipping costs.) After 14 days return eligibility will be determined on a case by case basis for store credit or exchange only.

   All sales are final on discounted and sale items, Made to Order / Special Order items, health and medical and undergarments.

   Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, but KDM Enterprises will cover the cost of one US shipment of exchanged items back to the buyer in the form of a store credit.

   Any Rewards Points that were earned from the purchase of a returned item will be deducted from your account.

Made to Order Items:

 

   All Made to Order / Special Order items including "Custom" and "Ready to Wear" items are made to order, and therefore are final sales.

   PASSIONAL Boutique and Sexploratorium guarantee that Special / Made to Order items will be free from damage or defect.

   If an order is found to be damaged or defective in any way please contact us within 30 days for a Return Authorization.

   We will gladly replace or repair any damaged or defective items.

   PASSIONAL Boutique & Sexploratorium cannot be held responsible for damages that occur as a result of negligence, improper wear and care, or improper cleaning.

   There are no refunds for Special Orders or "made to order" items after work has started on your order.

 

   The agreed upon returned shipment must have the word RETURN prominently marked on the outside of the package and included on the receipt inside along with the item(s) that were approved for return.

   Return packages must be post-marked no later than Jan 6.

   Holiday returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

   All sales are final on discounted and sale items, Special Order / Made to Order items, and undergarments.
