WARNING: Most humans who are not trained aerial performers (and even some who are) cannot hinge by their hands for more than a few minutes without injury. Although these are called suspension cuffs we recommend 2 minutes as the maximum suspension time (less if a safety signal is issued) for intermittent predicaments unless you are using a sling, swing or rope to support the weight of the torso.
